To start this new production, you first have to build your processing laboratory and one or more cold rooms and storage rooms. You will have to wait your goslings or ducklings hatching and select them for the foie gras production. You will then have to rear them, then gavage and slaughtering and finally prepare the foie gras before selling on markets. Check the rules for more detailed information. | |
