It makes it easier for farmers to get in touch for partnership. Also, for the Regional Agricultural Cooperatives (RACs) there are now several sizes of livestock feeding factories.

SimAgri Monthly Bulletin : November - Year 25

A directory of players wanting to purchase equipment in partnership is now available. You can access it under the "Equipment" tab. You can also access it from the "Dealer" activity.

To be in the directory, just go to an equipment purchase page and declare that you are interested in buying it in partnership. The "ad" will stay online for 14 days.

To implement Livestock Feeding Factories and make the use of rations more available, several plant sizes are available.

The size varies with the amount (in tons) produced per day. It goes from 30 tons (100,000 euros) up to 300 tons (1,000,000 euros).

A plant can be upgraded to increase its production (up to 300 tons).

"Regional cooperatives can now sign contracts with plant (tobacco and market gardening) producers and sell them back to farmers through their self service shop. From now on, farmers wishing to start market gardening can grow their plants themselves or buy them from a RAC.

SimAgri Monthly Bulletin : October - Year 25

Several improvements concerning equipment are now available :

- The ability to insure several machines in one click
- Equipment wear is now taken into account in selling and buying prices
- It is no more possible to hire a machine with no AP left

Farm wardens cannot remove anymore dead animals from the farms they are taking care of.

The meadow fertiliser in stock (not in use anymore in the game) has been replaced by nitrogen fertiliser (N).

Regional cooperatives can now sign contracts with plant producers (tobacco or market gardening) and sell them back to farmers through their self service shop.

These contracts offer a new opportunity to make profir for RACs but also for farmers who can now produce plants without actually starting the market gardening activity. Market gardening is thus made simpler as the "plant growing" step is no more mandatory.

Signing a contract is a three steps process :
- The self service shop broadcasts a contract offer defining a buying price and the minimum and maximum amounts desired.
- The producer answers the offer and gives the amount of plants (within the asked amount) he can produce.
-The self service shop accepts the contract.

Note :
- the contract signature must be done at a specific time (depends on the plant type).
- Plants must be delivered before the deadline (depends on the plant type).
- Producers who do not fulfill a contract will be fined.
- Only good quality plants will be accepted by a self service shop.

Several machines are not available as brand new ones anymore :

- John Deere: 13 machines are not built anymore

- Rolland : 4 machines are not built anymore

- Bonnel : 1 machine is not built anymore

- Jeulin : 1 machine is not built anymore

- Berthoud : 3 machines are not built anymore

These machines have be replaced by new models during the last SimAgri Show.
